From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the door staff, and the front desk team welcomed us so kindly with drinks as they checked us in. Their positive energy and hospitality made us feel immediately at home. We had originally booked a family room for four, but ended up with an extra guest. Your staff quickly arranged an additional bed for our son without hesitation — a small gesture that made a big difference. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable — we were truly impressed. Now, I have to share something special. July 10th was my birthday, and honestly, no one in my family remembered (😂). But your staff did — and that small but thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. I turned to my wife and said, “Next time we’re in Vung Tau, we’re definitely staying here again.” It’s those little things that leave a lasting impression. We travel often, but this was hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. And the food? Beyond amazing. The restaurant staff were just as warm and accommodating as the rest of the team, making every meal feel special. We also left a small token of appreciation in the room for the housekeeping staff — their hard work "

"We really enjoyed our stay here at the Ibis! The staff where lovely very accommodating to us. We travelled with small children under 5, pool was excellent with kids area. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a little air conditioned playground area for kids next to dining room. The family room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was stunning, except there was road works across the way - you can walk further to go to the beach. Or explore Vang Tàu, taxi easy to access. "
