"Rooms exelant big seperate toilet shower bath. Comfortable bed pillow. Bonus haveing a veranda good view. Had dinner was great and very well presented would recommend, especially if you don’t want to go out. Need to add breakfast to room cost. Only suggestion is the pool is lovely needs a good clean"

"Simply wow! We were absolutely fascinated by this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Pen is such a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This villa is perfect for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. All you hear are the beautiful sounds of nature around you. The villa is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. It’s located about 35 minutes from Old Town and Nimman, which we didn’t mind at all because the setting is so peaceful. There is also a lovely restaurant just a short walk away. One of our favorite things was the daily breakfast. Having fresh meals cooked for us right in the villa every morning felt like a luxury! We also loved that airport pick-up and drop-off were included. The van was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition, and the driver was always punctual and professional. 100 out of 100! Thank you, Pen, and thank you to the amazing cleaning and cooking staff for making our stay so special. We truly felt cared for and hope to come back again soon. 🙏"

"Positive and negative experience. The hotel is new and well maintained and well worth it for the price point. Compared to other thai hotels of the same level, this hotel is extremely clean internally and externally. The staff are also nice and friendly. English is well spoken. The only improvement this hotel seriously need is to ensure that the room doors do not slam so loudly each time it is closed. The banging noise is so loud (like gunshots) it can be heard even a few floors away, giving us a shock every minute during the night, until every room is asleep at around 2 am. Hence could not sleep before that. Unlikely to return because of this."

"This is my first time in ChiangMai in the last ten years. I just need to get off the rush hours, office hours routine and get relaxed. Starting the day with a great breakfast which provides a lot of options (American, and Asian style). I mean the variety of flavors and healthy foods. Then, take an easy bike ride around the garden for your digestion. Anything you can imagine is all in this amazing botanical garden. After that, get back to the room and stay calm with plenty of space, but just for a short moment because the swimming pool was attracting me since I checked in. Just a few steps away from the room, i can jump into the pool and enjoy the sun. There is a Thai massage room which i hope i could try it next time. Everything is ready for you inside the hotel if you read until this and just want to get away from the city life. Here is one of the best places you should visit. I will definitely be back next time for my annual vacation. Appreciate for the great services from all staffs and owners. "
