He took me on a bike ride around the town, a candle lighting ceremony at the temple, and to other beautiful locations. "We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. The hotel is also part farm and the animals look sick. Maybe this was a nice hotel in the past but now it’s just not fit for purpose."

"Generally the hotel is of a budget option. But very acceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lady running the place , recommended 2 restaurants locally. . Both were extremely highly specific. 1 with a Michelin plaque. Many decent wine options. The other focusing on northan Thai food. Visit both if you get the chance. Very well done 👍"
