"Staff on arrival were excellent, other staff always very helpful & polite. Rooms spacious comfortable & clean. Breakfast set menu but ok, have jug in room but no coffee, tea only. Very small fridge not a problem, except it's to low to get into when your old & tall. Place on a table would then give hotel 10/10."

So much to see and lucky timing to experience sound and light show at park and candlelight procession at Wat Si Chom (right next to hotel grounds). Sukhothai is amazing. I was so impressed by the landscaping and architecture of the property that I ended taking more pictures of the resort than I took at the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The only thing I missed was having a big coushie armchair to relax in. "

"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. We were very appreciative for the help. The property is located not far from the Sukhothai historical park, and has free bikes for use. There are tuktuks and golf cart rentals with free pickup. The rooms are very clean and the gardens are tranquil and beautiful. But most of all, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!"
