"I always stay at Adelphi, no question. The shower was broken, but not the overhead. I wound up getting sprayed in the face a few times. Having the washing machine in the room makes packing light a non-issue. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is always great. I wasn't thrilled that they held me up upon checkout to check the room before I left - I have stayed there three times, this was a first- but I respect the property, so it was a non-issue. The staff is wonderful, the location is great, I have no plans to stay anywhere else while in Bangkok. "
