Hotel is well located but presently having pool renovated,staff extremely unhelpful and sour faced.I booked at least 6 weeks in advance only to be told the deluxe 2 room was not available but they've upgraded me! To a double room and one of them had 2 double beds in it which rendered the room unusable, when I spoke to the receptionist she said it's a upgrade as the room is more expensive than my original room, when I pointed out that the room can't be used she made out the problem was mines. All in all they've taken their eye off the hotel and concentrated on their newer establishment.

"The hotel is nice, but the staff is not. The front desk staff, Kaoheaw and Meaya, were extremely rude both when I checked in and when I checked out. Maybe the staff just needs better customers service training."

"Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit."
