The air had a musty, earthy smell, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the room was dirty, with dust and cobwebs in the corners. In the bathroom, there was a hole in the wall and no hand soap provided. After complaining, we were given a new room the next day, but unfortunately, it was only...

"Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience."
