Towels were clean but not feeling clean the bathtub was not useable should be replaced rooms were not serviced at all unless we asked for things definitely not worth the price we paid and will not go back

You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Windmill Suites Surprise - Phoenix, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The rooms were very clean and recently updated, the hallways and the back of the hotel ice machine, vending machines need updated. On entering the back door i was very disappointed until I entered my room. My room was exactly what I needed.
