Very clean, great amenities, good communication when there was a question. Well appointed, great location walking distance to Westgate area. Minor maintenance issues with tub draining needing a fix - only reason not a 5⭐️

Had a great stay. Place very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe. Some maintenance/repairs needed on blinds (some were missing), toilets kept having issues flushing. But host was very communicative and checking in and out was easy.

Well it says luxury apartment. Although it has the potential, it was far from luxury. With piece-mealed scratched and extremely uncomfortable furniture including bedding it is far from luxury. Amenities (particularly the gym) were very upscale.

This unit is great for a family or 2 couples. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. We were bummed the pool was under maintenance and could not enjoy it. Otherwise everything was fine.

We loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. We were there for a baseball tournament. Loved having a full kitchen and two restrooms. We would have liked to have known there was not towels for the pool. We had to wash towels constantly since there was only one towel per person to use for bathing and the same ones for the pool. The towels were very small too. But grateful for laundry soap and the washer and dryer in the apartment to wash them. Our kids loved the pool and my son loved the gym to get workouts in between games. We were on the bottom level which we loved being right next to the parking but the people above us were so loud when they walked all day and all night it. I would definitely stay here again, I would just hope to have a quieter neighbor above us.

SCAM BEWARE, DOUBLE CHARGED WITH NO REFUND

Stay was average. Decent room, good amenities. That’s about where the positive experience ends. The booking on hotels.com said it was not going to charge my card until check in, but it did in fact charge my card immediately upon booking. Fine, but just was contrary to what the booking instructions said would happen. Then, one day before check in, I was told I needed to supply the property a credit card for a security deposit, which is understandable and I did. The next day, they charged my card (not a hold, a full charge) for the room rates. So not only did I already pay hotels.com an overinflated price, I then paid them a second time directly because they wouldn’t let me check in without supplying a card. VERY DISHONEST AND MISLEADING!!! Trying to work through this with the property management group now and they are digging in their heels. Terrible customer service and terrible experience. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy. On top of that, the beds were insanely uncomfortable and the whole experience has been ruined by this. Disappointed is an understatement. I hope they will rectify this, because I understand mistakes happen and will remove the review if they make things right. But I’m not confident they will so we will see.

The premises is spotless. The gym and pool are above par. Very well maintained. The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. The kitchen was supplied with cleaning products and trash bags and paper towels. Close to everything you need and want. Shopping, dining, casino, arena, stadium. And the host was quick to respond to our questions. Excellent experience! Thank you! kB!

I was 1st told there was an elevator there was not! I informed them in text we are elderly and disabled not a very good experience being lied to just to book a room never using this co again . Pure greed $$$

Meh, not nearly worth the cost

The layout of the unit was nice - two bed, two bath and clean. However, the pool was empty - no water - so that sucked cause it was very hot. In addition, the upstairs neighbors were having a party or something, till 2am, so we didn't sleep well. When we tried to get a late checkout (from 10am to noon), we were denied our request. Also, it is very difficult to get in touch with the management company.

The price was right for the property, but it's run by a property management company that is very aloof. As soon as you book you get messages to confirm your identity. Then day of — and only day of — you receive a message (really a link) with directions of how to get into the property — apartment gate codes, lockbox codes, etc. It's VERY non-intuitive and clunky. Halfway through my stay that same link no longer worked. Good thing I screen shot the direction page, otherwise, I would have had no way to get into the apartment complex. I would not stay here again.

Family arizona trip...too hot.

This trip was a family trip, so 3 groups had their own apt. 2 had ground floors and i had 3rd floor. My apt was nice somewhat clean, i noticed a hair between the pillow and pillowcase, and 2 blinds were missing in 1 of the bedrooms. We had dishes, bowls mostly everything you would get for convenience. The pool was nice and large and clean. The gym is very nice and modern. The only thing that I'm going to complain about is that i didn't have any remote for the 3 TVs in the apt and we tried getting help but i kept getting the run around, person i spoke to said they are going to be delivered by her team and nothing tried calling and texting, same thing , "on the way to you.".. nothing. That was hard mostly on my 3 young boys ages under 10... lol. After everything said and done the management were supposed reimburse me...i was able to get a little from hotels.com about 15.00. But nothing from the management. Overall it was a nice stay except the communication and not being truthful. And that's on the management company.
