Good family vacation spot. Not a place for a romantic getaway. Rooms are spacious and functional. Lots of kids around the property. Overall the property was very well kept. Check in 4pm check out 10 am is ridiculous The property was very full which was surprising for summertime Phoenix
Very nice property; pools are great ; only real issue was did not really have tv service for 3 days was a bit inconvenient

Everything about this property is top notch. The grounds are kept so clean rooms are very nice. All the staff are very friendly helpful. The golf course at Kierland is in great shape and fun to play. Pools are very refreshing especially with the high temperatures. We will definitely be coming back here very soon. My wife and I loved it very relaxing trip

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Easy walkable access to all activities. Great dining. Friendly staff.
Gym equipment needed repair. Balcony overlooks a loading/trash dock that was a bit noisy.
We stay here each year and its always a great fit for our family. The rooms are nicely kept and spacious. The kitchen is so great for easy breakfast and lunches. We use the bbq area which is very clean and well stocked with utensils. The shuttle takes us to Safeway for groceries and the nearby Kierland Comons for shopping and restaurants. We booked a cabana at the main resort which was reasonably priced and great service. Drinks and food were overpriced so a $450 bill for lunch was hard to swallow. Eat in your villa beforehand. The villa pools were jam packed and it was too hard to find seats plus very little shade. So we often turned back because it was just too crowded and families got there super early to hold chairs even though they werent there. The staff shouldn't allow that to happen. But its a great place to stay with a family. Great beds, clean, nice kitchen (no oven!)and easy access to main resort.

We stayed at the Villas through Expedia, we were there with a large group, everyone in the group that booked thru the hotel were in their rooms by noon. We were told "soon" after arriving at the property at 11 am, we waited in the lobby thinking soon meant an hour or so. We did not get in until 4 pm, I truly think this was a function of not booking thru hotel. Units are out dated, did not like the bathroom, it has a deep soaking tub and no separate shower so it is not very safe getting over that tub into shower and out with out slipping. Everything; bar and store close up really early and it's too far to anything else to get a later evening drink or snack. Shuttle and Bellhops were AWESOME.
Staff is always great here. Room had a nice view. Property is well maintained.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree.
