I like that the property is centrally located and safe for solo women travelers. Property has an excellent alarm system that only the truly deaf could even remotely sleep through.

Enjoyable stay

Excellent downtown location for our visit to a museum, musical theater and food tour. FYI, you will need Google home app to connect to TV. We enjoyed on-site pool and a billiards table, so overall a very enjoyable stay.

Felt like a local!

The Sonder rental unit we stayed in was a comfortable efficiency apartment in an apartment building with mostly rented residential units. Perfect for our needs for 4 days in Phoenix. Within walking distance of Roosevelt Arts District restaurants (15 mins.) and even downtown/convention center (30 mins.) We also enjoyed the 2nd floor outdoor lounge one nice evening. Only complaint about our unit was the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Otherwise everything was great. Also took about 10 minutes to download the parking app for the garage. But enjoyed the in/out privilege and convenience.

Booked this specific Sonder for heated pool However it was not heated and we couldn’t use our fob to access the joining building with the hot tub. Chat on the app was inconsistent we’re home form our trip and still waiting to hear why the heater wasn’t working or how to get our fob to work for the hot tub space.

Apartment style overnight stay excellent!!

We really like Sonder’s approach. Our room was excellent but bed couple have been more comfortable. Different check in process than we are used to, but once we found the lockers, it was smooth sailing. I didn’t remember the Locker password, so returning the key fobs were problematic the morning we left. Thankfully, I called the number posted at 4am ( we had a long drive) and I was connected to a real person who helped us get back into our locker to return our key fobs. Price was excellent and I recommend it. Overall, we’d stay at another Sonder.

This is my second time experiencing stay at Sonders. Both properties (one in Michigan and the other in Phoenix) are in prime and safe area with easy check in and check out instructions, neatly kept with all facilities. Loved staying here. Good job Sonders 👍

Second time we had stayed at Sonder Hance park. We had such a great experience the first time we had to go back. Great location, clean room's and overall great experience. If you're in the Phoenix mid town area i highly recommend sonder at Hance park
