The staff was good. They clean every 3 days, so have to take towels down and exchange them out yourself. It's noisy being close to interstate. The property felt safe.

We loved our stay, the room and bed was very comfortable. It was easy access to the highway to get around and many good restaurants nearby. We wish the daily breakfast had a bit more variety, but otherwise, great place to stay while in the Phoenix area.

The staff was great, however, our room was neglected. Carpet and furniture had a lot of pet hair and crumbs. The walls were dirty with splashes of "who knows what." The shower water does not get hot and the water pressure was just not there.
