"The rooms are good. Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant on the property. Reception has limited hours and is often hard to find when checking in and checking out. Property is locked with instructions to call a Thailand telephone number. Unless property establishes reception with regular hours I would not recommend staying here."

This is not a new development, and the individual studios vary a great deal based on individual owners tastes layout, views, and features. Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties...

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! advertised as luxury. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks as per design. Hot water in shower not working. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. No covered parking allowed. TVs not as advertised. Non stop noise from tour buses next door from 3am to 1am. Etc. etc. Almost no water pressure. Complete waste of money."

"Everything great except the pool color was not good. It was green not blue. Couldn't see a few meters down to my legs. So, needless to say the water was quite murky. I did take a dip in it, but was a bit fearful because the color wasn't attractive although I'm sure it was fine health wise. "We stayed here for 1 week and in that time the electrical power was off 4 times. We were on the top floor (8th) and had to walk up and down the stairs. When we arrived at Building C there was no person there to check us in. There was no information in the apartment for contacts in case of emergencies. We were so glad to leave, never to return."

" The pools are fantastic. Walking 3 laps around the pools in the morning and 3in the evening is enough to get 10,000 steps in for fitness. The condo was a bit small, but that made it easy for the 2 air conditioners to quickly cool off the rooms. The refrigerator was tiny and could easily fit a medium one in the space provided. Condo was missing a few items to help clean, and organize, like a broom, small towels, a frying pan and some silverware. Also needed shower hooks to hang towels in...
