"Es la 3ra vez que nos quedamos aquí, simplemente hermoso el resort, tiene todo para hacer, no hay que salir. Realmente se siente uno en el Caribe. Los restaurantes son excelentes todos, los bares , wuaoo las pizzas, la comida del Rooftop deliciosa y sobre todo lo amables que son. La habitacion muy cómoda, la cama, la vista a la playa. Gracias a todos por sus atenciones, a los que mantienen en pie el resort, lo apreciamos mucho. Dios mediante seguiremos viniendo."

"The staff is tremendously rude,waited 4 hours for a room upon arrival,next day got removed from my room at 10am.to transfer and i sat in the lobby till 4pm.to get a room,mind you i was already checked in from the day before.They will NOT accomodate you at restaurants if you are a large group!Very,very terrible,loved Sint Maarteen but not the resort,and at the airport the were very rude at check in..too much attitude!"

"Simpson Bay Resort is a great place to stayt, the breakfast buffet is very good, we recommend that you include it in your reservation. The beaches are beautiful, comfortable to swing. "We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on directly below our room. The noise and vibrations were constant and made it very difficult to relax or enjoy the vacation. Thankfully, one of the managers was understanding and agreed the situation was not right, and eventually moved us again to Room 420. We appreciated that effort. Overall, the hotel itself is nice, the property is beautiful, and the ocean views are great — but guests should not have to deal with multiple room issues, broken AC, and ongoing construction disruptions during their stay. We hope management improves communication and guest accommodations moving forward."

The location is perfect right on the beach with breathtaking views, beautiful rooms, and an atmosphere that makes you never want to leave. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made every moment feel special. The food, drinks, and overall vibe were top tier. Whether you’re looking to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy the island, this is definitely the place to stay. Can’t wait to come back!"
