A peaceful haven within striking distance of Dunkirk ferry port for us. Beautiful setting with lots to do. Not only pool and jacuzzi but also board games, books and pool table accessible. Very quiet but then we did stay on a Monday night. I'm sure it is busier at the weekend. Comfortable quadruple room with proper beds for all made this perfect for us and our teenagers to break the drive up from Bavaria.

Nice settings but…a paradox

Difficult to say if this is a hotel or a restaurant with rooms. For us it was the last. Very nice place with beautiful outside area. But we stayed 5 nights, and the whole hotel is closed untill 16.00 everyday. You have to give in your key to get cleaning, and can not get it before 16.00. The pool is also closed. So if you want your room and the pool, you will not ger cleaning. In our view the staff is very friendly, but need better management, so they need to know what to do and when. There is a lot of noise from the kitchen for the rooms above. This untill midnight. Staff reacts as if this is a restaurant but forgets there are guests upstairs. Breakfast not worh the money, only one egg per person and no announced bacon. Rest was average good. Cleaning was not existing, only change of towels. It is an average 3 star even that the outside area and the staff could deliver 4 stars or more.

Hyggeligt hotel beliggende i rolige omgivelser.

On of the most wonderful hotels I have ever stayed at! Such a hidden gem! Beautiful building and garden, with pools, and a sauna. Quiet and idyllic. The room was absolutely fabulous! Huge, comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was a little confusing, as the morning staff did not speak english, and they had not noted down that we had payed for breakfast the night before, but luckily they believed us. The breakfast did not have wide range, but the quality was very good! We would have loved to stay for longer, but the hotel was fully booked. One of the best hotels I have ever been to!

Smukt sted, dejlige senge.

Trevligt hotell. Men oerfaren personal. Stora svårigheter att komunicera på engelska. Långsam service i restaurang. Dock god och vällagad mat. Frukost mycket bra. Trevlig dam som behärskade flera olika språk.
