Arrived at the property was given a room bathroom was discussed and never cleaned. Air condition didn’t work was moved to another room. I did my own cleaning to be able to sleep there. There was no refund or time to find another place to stay or I’ve checked out on the third and still haven’t received, the deposit held and it’s been over eight business days

The reason we chose this property is because it was supposed to be within walking distance to the festival. It was no where near as close as they advertised. We definitely had to get an Uber everywhere. Nice hotel just not close to much.
