"We stayed in a room on the harbour side. A magical view and fantastic to watch the water craft coming and going. The hotel is pure luxury, brand new, it feels anyway. Breakfast was good and made to order. There is no elevator, however, they have staff that attend to luggage. Be aware that the entrance is on the harbour side, tucked away in a corner. They will also charge you 2000 cash upon arrival for a security deposit. "
"The best stay we’ve had on our trip! The room was cozy and beachy. The pool was pretty quiet and on the beach it was great! We loved spending all day by the pool and by the swim up bar. Overall excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here. Location was amazing as well! "

Anana was an incredible place to stay. Its location, slightly outside the main town, turned out to be perfect for us. The free transportation they provided made getting to the town and the boats easy and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here—it was an amazing experience from start to finish. "The hotel is right after Long Beach, you have to climb pretty steep stairs to get to the resort, front office looks nothing like a 3 stars resort hotel. A girl who check us in doesn’t know if there were all information she needs to give us. Breakfast was horrific. Check out at 10 but long tail boat shuttle to PhiPhi pier is at 12:30, we asked to check out at 12 but that is not possible, this is the the first hotel in Thailand we have stayed in that doesn’t allow late check out at 12. ...
"Entspanntes Ankommen, durften sogar früher ins Zimmer einchecken. Strandliegen leider etwas hart, manchmal gibt es Lederauflagen. Früh schon oft alle Liegen belegt. Aber Personal ist bemüht weiter zu helfen. Zimmer Service stellt früh schon Box vor die Zimmer Tür mit Wasserflaschen u frischen Handtüchern (falls benötigt). Frühstück auch sehr vielfältig und sogar Kaffeevollautomat:) Durften auch länger im Zimmer bleiben. Waren für 3Tage auf Kho Phi Phi und es war traumhaft:)
