"The staff was great, but the room itself had several issues. Upon arrival, there was hair on the towels, black sticky residue on top of the toilet, and handprints all over the wooden sliding doors. "I came from San Antonio with my daughter to the concert Ariana Grande. After a terrible experience with another hotel . That had one bathroom per floor. The front desk, Helped to get a room in the second floor. I was lucky because the hotel was fully booked due to the concert. The distance 9 min from the concert. "I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken. This is one of the filthiest properties that I have had the misfortune to stay at. Online hotel booking sites should vet the hotels they book. "My bed was infested with roaches although it appeared to be clean and made up. The room had a roach infestation. Apart from that, the rooms looked renovated, modern and good looking for the price."
