"The worse visit I have ever experienced in a stay. Dirty facility, unserviced room before arrival, uneducated staff for problem solving and unethical response by staff. Expedia isn’t responsible for this since I’ve had other stays with great experience, but it was the actual hotel WoodSpring that made it a horrible experience. Never going back to that chain, but will continue using Expedia for future bookings"

"The rooms were a great size with a small kitchenette and small refrigerator. The hotel was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was great with plenty of hotel water. The hotel is a little pricey since it is right next to the Mission Event Center but the location was great"
