"The property is beautiful. The pools are amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. The fitness center is the only thing that is underwhelming. It's adequate to get a workout but small and an after thought."

"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better."
