"I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. "The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....

"Lovely breakfast, spacious rooms and the check in staff are extremely helpful and were fantastic with the requirements we have for our child who has special needs. They kept his food in a fridge for us, so we had ease knowing his needs were supported. "

"The place was overall clean but it lacked space in the room. If you like to sleep like sardines in a can then this place is for you. The worst part if you come in hot weather you will not get to relax and cool off in the room. It was too hot. It made it unbearable! Also the place was further than promoted on the site. To Disney it didn’t take 10-15 min. It took 35 minutes. Not worth it."

"入口がバス停からちょっとわかりにくい。(回り込む)。 2つのホテルが同じ建物に入ってて、それぞれロビーが違うので間違えないように。 23:00以降は敷地内に入るゲートが閉まるので、ゲート横のインターホンを押すように言われました。24時間体制との事でしたがなかなか応答がなく、結局もう1つのホテルのお客さんが開けてもらって一緒に入りました。(もう1つのホテルの人はナンバーキーで開けられるらしい)"

"Staff wasn't friendly, cabin was dirty had mold and was uncomfortable. Especially dislike having to put the key in to run the AC and certain lights as well as to lock the door from the inside. There was no paper towels, kitchen towels or dishwashing liquid."

"It was a fuss free check-in experience. We reserved a family room but as it was sold out they offered 2 x double room at the same price which was better than expected as you could do things more efficient with an extra bathroom. Rooms were spacious and bed/pillow was comfy. Bathrooms/toilet was nice. Place felt quite new. Free parking + free breakfast was nice. The parking area had cameras around so felt safe leaving some luggages you didn't need in the car. Overall an impressive stay. "
