"Posto tranquillo, immerso nella natura, ottimo per relax e ritemprarsi lontano dal caldo e caos della città. Hotel discreto, gestito in modo approssimativo sia nell'accoglienza che nel servizio. Menù poco vario ma buono, pulizia abbastanza curata sia nelle stanze che in tutta la struttura. Piacevole soggiornarvi x qualche giorno "

"Beautiful hotel in cefalu right on the water. We stayed 2 nights in early August a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. There are many steps to get down to the beach, which is rocky. There are many loungers to choose from even during the busiest season, and free floats and water gear to use. There is a casual restaurant on site with amazing panoramic views of the bay. For some meals we sat in the restaurant and they were also very accommodating with take out so we could have lunch on the beach. The sauna suite was very spacious with a king bed and 2 pull out sofas which were opened and made up for us. This room had one full bathroom and one half bath. Easy parking. We walked into Cefalù for dinner along a clear path through la Calette and the marina, the walk is hilly and takes 30 or 40 minutes so wear proper footwear. Overall, an amazing experience at one of the most beautiful places on earth."
"The hotels air conditioning was working fantastically and that was very important to us because it was soooo warm outside. Room was clean and updated. They had an elevator as well. It was a slow elevator but it got the job done and I did not have to carry anything up 3 flights. Breakfast was included, but I never got it because we had to check out early due to an early flight.
Finding the parking lot to park the car was a huge challenge. I’m thinking between the language barrier and not knowing the streets was our biggest challenge. The streets are very narrow, so driving up and down them to find the actual parking garage was our biggest hurdle. We did figure it out, but it wasn’t easy. The parking lot that held our car was free and it was locked so I know our stuff was safe.
I would recommend this Hotel"
"Really nice stay at the Grand Palladium Sicilia. I will say that some of areas of room could do with updating. Some of the wardrobes had stains on. The food was excellent! A la carte restaurants were all fantastic and there was such a vast amount of choice and variety in the buffet with a different themed cuisine each night. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and the animation team did a brilliant job throughout the day and night. Would highly recommend!"
"The grounds were beautiful and serene feeling. Close to shopping area and dining yet far enough away to feel secluded.. the food in the hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing! The rooms were very nice and clean. Even the people that cleaned the room were genuinely nice. If I go back to Sicily I would stay here again."
"This Hotel is family owned and it shows. The staff is incredibly responsive to your needs. The Buffet breakfast is consistent and adequate. The front desk staff all spoke English and was very helpful with anything we needed. They arranged a car ride to the Palermo airport for us at a very fair price. The only thing that I would prefer to see that was missing was an Ice Machine. They were able to give us small amounts of ice when asked but there were no ice buckets available. Lastly the air conditioning was awesome."
The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our all inclusive holiday at Grand Palladium Sicily. We stayed at signature level, but I don't think it's really worth it to pay extra - there is a separate pool for signature level, but we couldn't get a sunbed there due to guests reserving them with towels early in the morning. There is a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch for signature level, but the main buffet is bigger. I could not fault the setting, cleanliness, and staff, but there are a few negatives to mention: More vegetarian options are needed at all the restaurants, it was quite lacking. There should be dedicated smoking areas instead of smokers allowed to smoke anywhere, as someone stinking out the outside bar with a cigar ruins the enjoyment and atmosphere of those areas. The in-room entertainment is very poor .. only news channels, or paying €7 for a film, and finally the app also doesn't work half the time, which is frustrating as it's needed for looking at menus and making reservations. So, mostly great, but a few things which could be improved. The beach was nice although stoney (but we knew this when booking). The hotel should enforce evicting people from sunbeds left unattended with a towel on for 30 mins so that everyone can have a chance to sit by the pool. There are signs up that say this will happen, but no one is actually doing it."
"This hotel is amazing. I loved it so much I booked more nights and decided to cancel my next hotel. This hotel is extremely special , it’s unique , it’s boutique , the staff is so welcoming , the breakfast was great, the views are gorgeous, the walk to the town is close by , the pool area is beautiful , the grounds are meticulously maintained , the private beach is a huge plus, hotel guests get access to the reef beach club which is an OASIS! There is nothing like it in the area, we loved swimming in the pristine water with cool currents hugging your body, it’s the perfect way to spend a hot day in cefalu, they cater to you while you lounge on a comfortable seaside bed as the ocean breeze and views slowly melt your stress away.. you will Love this hotel, it’s an experience you won’t regret .."
