"I absolutely loved my stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses. It was the perfect introduction to Bali for my first five days. My suite was stunning and felt like a true private sanctuary, beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring. A special mention must go to the transport team. My airport pickup was seamless and perfectly on time, which made arriving in Bali completely stress-free. I also had a couple of in-room massages during my stay, and they were genuinely out of this world, easily some of the best massages I’ve ever had. The location is another big highlight. You’re right in the heart of Seminyak with fantastic restaurants, bars, and the beach nearby, yet once you step inside the property it feels wonderfully quiet and private. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my Bali trip. Highly recommended, and I would happily stay here again."

"Staff were lovely. They were very accomodating when we arrived early and we even upgraded (for a small price) to the seperate room with outside bathroom and kitchenette. Rooms were clean, towels fluffy and grounds and hotel itself of a balinese feel. Breakfast was ok. Basic but had the basics and variety, bacon, pastries fruit etc. Classed as a 4* but could do with some tlc with the pool and grounds and cupboards in the lovely outdoor bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was great. "

"Everything as wonderful, staff were so friendly all the time and throughout the hotel, always smiling and saying hello. Pool was beautiful but consteuction noise while I stayed made it a bit less relaxing during the day, but it was quiet in the morning and evening. (Noise only around the pool not in the room) Location is perfect. "

"THe hotel was simply amazing. Luxury at its best. Stayed in 3 different rooms… as odds as it seems. The one with the ocean view was amazing. Decided to upgrade to full suite with kitchen area, living room room, sitting room and bedroom. If u can splurge…. Omg. Do it. Wrap around balcony. Corner windows overlooking the ocean and the resort itself. Sublime!!"
