"Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to use the saunas, but unfortunately they never got hot enough to really enjoy. That took away from what we were expecting from the experience. It’s a nice place with potential, but I hope these issues...

"Everything about this hotel was incredible!! The room, the staff, the atmosphere.....top notch!! They offer many GF options, which I was thankful for!! We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this...

Two highlights of the stay were Joana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. And Bella (the hotel Frenchie) and her owner. But to a person there was no one who was not perfectly friendly to us the whole time. Truly great experience that I will repeat"

"Hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind gebucht. Dafür war das Zimmer zu klein. Leider war kein anderes Zimmer frei. Nachts wurde es kurz laut, weil irgendwelche Personen meinten sich lautstark und lange verabschieden zu können. Dafür kann der Gastgeber jedoch nichts. Manko an dem Zimmer… wir konnten das Fenster nicht öffnen oder wir haben es einfach nicht gecheckt wie es funktioniert. Für zwei Personen empfehlenswert."
