From the very first contact it was clear that the customer was most important. It was our 26th anniversary and the team (especially Sibel) made everything so special, with good communication, prompt responses and a thoughtfulness. I wanted flowers for my wife and they organised the most beautiful 12 red roses for me with a hand wriiten card. The songbird roof top bar was closed, but to not have us miss out on the experience, they organised two signature cocktails to be waiting for us in the room as we arrived. This was not all, we also recieved had a cold bottle of bubbly as a celebratory gift from the hotel. The room was stunning, the views across Elizabeth Quay breath taking. The cleanliness was superb, the bed comfortable and the bathrooms to die for. The facilties were next level with an incredible heated infinity pool and various spa treatments on offer. Check in and check out were fast and easy with beautiful staff treating you like kings and Queens. The food and drinks at Hearth restaurant were amazing, with quality produce, attentive staff and a woderful ambience.I could talk forever about this wonderful stay, best thing just do it and experience being treated and feeling like royalty. This is truly an incredible experience.
