"Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...

"We loved our cabin that was a great size, clean . The cafe was excellent with a fair prices for very generous meals. The natural surroundings was wonderful with various waterbirds swimming on the lake. We will definitely visit again."

"When you go to the venue, the message on the locked gate takes you to a complete different location. When we drove there, managed to park the car and went in, we were told the keys are not there and had to go to another venue. When we went to leave no one answered my calls to where to leave the keys brcause the address given in the paperwork is the incorrect location. And we couldn’t leave them at the venue as the gates to leave required the keys Its a bloody mess !"

"We stayed in 3 different rooms. The first was no so good with a leaking water in light fixture. Staff at front desk moved us to another room. Acceptable, but not once apologized for the inconvenience. We were treated like we did something wrong. Returned as they stored our luggage. The 3rd time we finally upgraded to a suite and wish we would have booked in the beginning. It was comfy and pleasant. Grounds overall are pleasant , good buffet breakfast and lunches are excellent, pool area great! "
