From check-in thru check-out I would highly recommend this hotel. I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews and took a chance based on the other options along 75. Our room was upgraded, very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were all so welcoming whether they worked at the front desk, breakfast area, the maintenance man, and the room resetters. The breakfast options included cereal, make your own waffles, cups of fresh fruit, Instant oatmeal, a variety of breakfast, breads, and muffins, and a hot tray of potatoes, folded, omelettes, sausage.

This looked to be a newer facility and very modern. Glass shower doors instead of a shower curtain. The room was extremely clean. The location was right off the expressway where there were several fast food places as well as gas stations. The staff was very courteous and we will. definitely stay again!

I would like to see doggie bags and waste containers outside, so that more people with dogs would use them. I carry my own, but I could tell from the amount of doggie poop around the area, that some people did not.

The morning staff member was rude, while checking in she was talking on her cell phone. I wasn’t happy with the service so I left and came back later that night the second shift managers/ staff were great!!

A very nice hotel. Walking distance to everything. The hotel is very clean and the room is cleaned everyday. Love the complementary breakfast. Staff are nice. I highly recommended this hotel.

Checked in late at night after being on the road all day, get to our room and the pillows are covered in human hair. The toilet had stains in it. The tub and floor of the bathroom had hair everywhere. There was also no soap to wash your body with. Went to the front desk to get clean pillow cases and I was handed three pillows with no cases and the desk clerk stated they didn’t have any pillow cases clean for us to use. This place was absolutely disgusting. Also the shower curtain was way too small for the shower and water goes out onto the floor and under the door into the room.

Good, clean hotel. Curtains broken and TV remote was lost were the only negative. Front desk said they had ordered a replacement TV remote. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Definitely needs more cleaning in the halls to the rooms and some air fresheners all around the property. Halls need to be shampooed for a pet friendly hotel it should be better cleaned. And better food choices !!

Place is easy to find. Clean and quiet. Walking distance to so many restaurants. I enjoyed my stay. The room was cleaned daily which I really appreciate. OH breakfast was delicious. Love it.

The breakfast area had good seating . The parking area was tight and there wasn't enough parking near the front door to make checking in easier. The area around the hotel is very office park industrial. It is a decent place to stay for one night and the price on Expedia was better than most hotels on the list.
