We had the top floor room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains and landscape. The room itself was large and the bed was comfortable.

Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. My room was nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. Good air conditioning in the room with pleasant view of mountains and city. Reception staff were helpful. Hotel is in the centre of Perpignan 5 minutes walk to attractions, restaurants, pubs etc... Breakfast was average, no gluten or dairy free options though.

Cheap, basic, works. Central location. It may not be easy to find a spot to park to unload and check in (there is an expensive carpark 100-200m away). Physical check-in until 1900 only sure be sure you have received the door and key safe codes before. Reception friendly and efficient. there is a breakfast option that we did not take. The room is small but an entrance hall and decent sized bathroom. It's all no frills, a bit tired but clean and works. There is a simple kitchenette that would work for those wanting to eat in simply. Bed is fine but a small double. TV was fine. Wifi fine and there is a paid option if you want to extra capacity. Parking at night is either in paid parking or on the street. A spot opened up by about 19.30 on a Friday night. It is free till 9am or all day Sat and Sun. Best paid parking is in the Place de Catalogne (price and safety) about 5 mins walk away. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Good for an overnight economy stop.

excellent location and comfortable studio

I stayed for 4 nights and the studio had everything you needed. The little kitchen was perfect and it was great to have the air conditionning The location was just amazing, just a few minute walk to the main shopping streets, it had a few small supermarkets around and was close to bus stops.

The place is clean, comfortable. Unit was small but we expected this. Breakfast was satisfying. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, Good area. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies.

Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again.

A comfortable stay

The apartments were nice and clean and functional. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well. I had requested a room on a high floor to get away from the noise of the street but was only given the third floor which was disappointing but it was ok.

Basic budget accommodation with rude staff

Mer &golf perpignan is in a good loctaion it looks nice but the woman on reception was extremely rude when asking even the basic of things like how to get to the tourist office. Thw rooms are nice but i went to sleep amd woke up with bites. The breakfast was not good value atoll.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The hotel's location was excellent; a grocery store was nearby, and many dining options were within walking distance. - The internet was terrible (at least in my room) very weak signal, and you also needed to pay for a faster connection! The elevator broke two to three times during my stay.

Great location for staying at the centre of Perpignan.It was ideal for our trip to watch the rugby with cooking facilities if needed.A budget hotel with all you need when travelling light.

Chambre impeccable, bonne insonorisation. Belle vue sur les environs. Idéalement placé à proximité de commerces et de restaurant. A deux pas de Castillet. Seul bémol le buffet du petit déjeuner avec juste l'essentiel.
