"If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! Everything is absolutely superb….the views, the sunsets! The service is top notch and the food is sensational. There are a lot of steps which is great for working off all those calories but if you have any issues with walking this hotel is not for you. Imerovigli is a lovely little town much quieter than Oia and Fira although we did walk to both places, we were so glad we did not stay there. Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this...

"The caldera is absolutely stunning. The experience of a “cave” room is so unique. Like all our hotels in Greece the front desk staff were outstanding"

"Air conditioner didn’t work. It leaked all night not able to have a restful sleep. The room was hot and musty. Specially after traveling for so long. Reported to staff. All they said is that they’ll report it to maintenance. No type of compensation was offered. I won’t stay here again: Cindy at the front desk was great."
