Check in was woeful!!!! Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). The hotel boasts pools and spa, but both closed early in the evening and were occupied by a private group in the morning. The shower floods the bathroom floor (poor design, nothing was broken). Overall, everything was fine and comfortable, it just wasn’t as luxurious as I’d expected.
