"Beautiful property in a wonderful location with very helpful and kind staff. I wish we had picked a better room as our view was the parking lot, but can’t beat the amenities! Definitely recommend paying a little extra for a balcony with view room. 😀 Dinner wasn’t included in Expedia reservation so it’s an additional 35 euro pp for 4 courses. They save the table for the duration of your stay - service is phenomenal. "

It is rated high because of pool, gym but has no food, is remote (only car), rooms are hostel type with limited lighting and showers you have to bend and crouch to take a shower. "Overall an enjoyable stay for 2 nights. It’s close to Lago do Braies and bus 442 runs through this charming town. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had basic utensils, pots and pans. Outdoor parking was easy and pretty spacious. There’s two grocery stores steps away. I wish they had more communication about the saunas requiring you to be nude. This caught me by surprise since I was looking forward to using the facilities after some long hikes but ultimately I was uncomfortable....

"A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had."
