We could not get entry into our room so I got the desk clerk to help us, he overrode the door lock, but still the keys did not work, so we could not go out together, otherwise we would have been locked out again!! the area around the hotel was nice, but we had a room at the back facing a cement parking ...

Springmaid Mountain
Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
