"This hotel has serious maintenance issues. One of two elevators did not work. Carpets were dirty in the hallways, elevator and room. We had to wear flip flops in the rooms to keep our feet off the carpet. They scented the room so the underlying scent was somewhat covered. There was mold in the caulking ..."

"The room and staff was very nice. The whole outside of the building just needs a paint job as this is an older hotel, not like all the new ones on the beach. But had the best price and only walk one block to the beach acrosss the street. For the price was best for me."
