"Good price and very nice staff."

"Beautiful hotel, nice staffs and comfy room. (But No hot water) It is about 6 km from the boat port to hotel. "

"The place was disappointing — we ended up leaving a night early. The staff could also benefit from better training."

"Room condition was okey, washroom condition was bad, sink was bad condition. Water was liking, water was not flowing down. "

"It was really disappointing stay. Fits of all there was no 24/7 reception even I have arrived almost at check in time. The manager finally arrived in 30 minutes after I have asked neighbor hotel to call him. When he arrived, he was aggressive and insist on my cancelation when I refused he called me POOR, never apologized and I felt super unsafe leaving my stuff there and staying over night there. But it was not over, then hotel employee came at 8am in the morning an asked me to get out...

"Staff super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, nice pool, small but really good place, food was delicious."

"Elektriciteten och vattnet försvann två gånger. Personalen va dålig på engelska, svårt att kommunicera. Annars trevliga. De städade aldrig rummet, vi bodde där tre nätter. Svåra att få tag på, speciellt på morgonen för då ha det aldrig någon vid receptionen. Tråkig frukost. Väldigt lyhört i rummet. Mycket djur utanför som sprang runt och lät mycket. "

"Our stay was amazing at the bungalow! Things just to keep in mind is you are in the middle of the jungle so we did find a lot of ants in our room and some other bugs but nothing that overly affected us. Other than that the rooms were in tip top shape and the staff was amazing. It is on a mountain so ask the receptionist about delivering food, it wasn’t overly expensive as well. They brought dinner and breakfast right to your door and we’re so kind. Would definitely stay again!! :)"

"Nice stay. Really love the sea view from our room. Friendly and helpful staff. However they are not at the reception all the time. No iron provided."
