Extremely helpful staff, great location, walking distance to BCW and a variety of restaurant options across the street. We were welcomed by the King himself and heard a lot of amusing stories about the park and the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Tudo perfeito!

Excelente atendimento, quarto bem limpo, cheiroso, organizado, tudo funcionando. Cama confortável. Localização excepcional, 800m do Beto Carrero, tem uma loja de conveniência/ mercearia na frente, proximo tem restaurante, pizzaria e lanchonete. Café da manhã caprichado. Ambiente aconchegante e familiar.

Fiz a reserva na pousada e ao chegar no local, o quarto que nos foi oferecido estava com um cheiro terrível de mofo, impedindo nossa hospedagem, uma vez que tenho rinite alérgica. A dona ofereceu a possibilidade de troca com outro hóspede, porém não achei justo, uma vez que o que não serve pra mim, não deveria servir para outras pessoas e também o outro hóspede nem sabia de tal decisão. A dona ainda ficou braba e nos colocou pressão, falando que deveríamos nos decidir pois não subiria novamente ao local para fazer a higienização, caso não ficássemos com o quarto. Achei um absurdo e uma falta de consideração, pois chegamos cansados de viagem e ainda nos deparamos com este quadro. Como o local é abundante em hospedagens, encontramos outra, com um excelentes condições de higiene, mesmo que o preço fosse um pouco acima. Fiquei mais louco ainda quando informei a proprietária que nossa decisão estava tomada e pedi que desconsiderasse a reserva e mesmo assim debitaram a diária do meu cartão, que está em contestação, uma vez que a compra foi realizada pela internet e não tenho culpa de ao me deparar com o local, o mesmo não estava com as condições higiênicas adequadas.
