"NO AC in the hotel - could not sleep. What hotel does not have AC? I want my money back."

"Fabulous luxury hotel, arrived at noon, room was ready, fantastic service, love their bar and offerings, food, bed, facade, history, simply divine. Would love to stay again in the future and let the inspiration continue. Warm Greetings to Vienna."

"We really enjoyed this hotel. I thought we were getting two twin beds as I’m traveling with my mom but it was a king bed with separate comforters. The breakfast was pricey but 10/10! Very delicious. Hotel staff were very nice!! We were about a 16-20 minute walk from what we wanted to do but it was fine."

"Clean room"

"The Sacher is an excellent choice, location-wise and for the level of service it would be hard to beat in Vienna. The only downside I can mention is that the property is so iconic , the bar and cafe are beset by selfy taking , nonguest tourists and influencers. It can be a little detrimental to the atmosphere. I’d recommend to the management that banning of cameras and photography would improve the experience of guests,"

"The lady staff at the front desk is not very hospitable and unprofessional! I don’t feel very welcome at this hotel. Stay out!"

"This was our first time in Austria. This hotel is across from Vienna Opera house, great location, can walk most everywhere in Ringstrasse. Breakfast great, rooms large. The best though was the front desk staff! Florentina was fabulous! We hadn’t navigated the train system before, & she was so helpful. She was great! All staff were!!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, great location to the U Line, shops, sites."

"Lovely staff, location excellent and nice food"
