"This property is very old and rundown. The air-conditioning unit in our room made so much noise that we couldn’t run it while sleeping. There were strange smells in the hallways. The carpeting was disgusting The towels in the room didn’t appear to be clean. The breakfast in the morning was running low on everything. We went down at 8:20 and there were no more muffins, rolls, or sliced bread. The property does not have an icemaker. This is important for sports teams staying as filling up your athletes water bottle in the morning with ice is very important."

"The hotel was overbooked by a number of rooms. The room given to us initially was disgusting to say the least. There was smeared food on the walls, table, and sticky floors. There was food in the sinks, food crumbs and goo in the drawers and microwave, and dead bugs in the drawers. There was hair in the "clean sheets". When i asked for a new room, there none. They said there were over 8 rooms overbooked. I had to wait over 45 minutes to get a refund and they said "these things happen". It left several customers without rooms for the night traveling. For a newer hotel, it has been unkept. Sad... unfortunately I will not be staying here and hope there are changes for future guest."

"Our room was dirty upon arrival. Inside was very unkept and dirty. Stains and holes in the wall. No sheets for the pullout couch bed which was stained. One of the queen beds was literally blocking and aotting on the air unit. Thus making it very cold and uncomfortable for the person or persons occupying that bed. I've booked alot through hotels.com and through holiday inn express in specific, this was by far the wworst room we have stayed in. "

"We booked a double room. When we arrived we were told they had ran out of those rooms and were given a king w a sofa bed. When we asked for sheets for the sofa bed we initially only received a pillow and several pillow cases "

Stellar customer service from Brent B — I had to work more than expected and the printer wasn’t working, and he went above and beyond to get me squared away, even thinking to put my documents together in an envelope respecting the confidentiality of what I was working on. A++++ care yet again from Marriott. Always a pleasure."
