The staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful - more so than some expensive 5* hotels I have stayed in.
This place has a dubious entrance area and an odd layout but once inside it’s very quiet. I was moved from my first room after noticing a musty damp smell. Replacement room was I better condition overall and no smell. Aircons are not super efficient but are ok. Plenty of hot water. Lots of effort made to provide discounts for nearby eateries and future direct bookings. All in all - impressed with this lower end price for Singapore (still expensive for what you get compared to many other countries).
Very handy location and for a one night stay I would return .

Great location for sightseeing right by Orchard road and two MRTs within 10 min walk. Breakfast very good. Pool a decent size. When we stayed last time we had a refurbished room but this time we had a older room which was very dark and poorly lit I would recommend a refurbished room. Overall really enjoyed my stay.
