"I have never had to write a review on this place. It is very clean and most of the staff is respectful. The guy that was to provide things for my room did not provide me with what was needed. He did not refill the coffee everyday, the towels and wash cloths, dish detergent, nor did he ever bring my dish towel or dish rag back to my room. He did not leave me trash bags or any of those things. I had to call 3 times or more to get the things I needed for my room. They did apologize but on vacation...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that our room had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. I reported my concerns right away, but instead of addressing them, I was told I should have booked directly through Hilton instead of Expedia. That response was dismissive and unprofessional. "The room was very spacious and felt more like a small condo. The washer and dryer were a huge perk so that we didn't need to pack quite as much stuff. The view was spectacular. We did see several cockroaches throughout the room/ balcony areas. Many areas of the hotel are in need of updates. Quite a few of the restaurant staff/ buffet breakfast staff treated us like an inconvenience to their social hour. Overall, we liked the space in the rooms, the view, and the pools. "I don't know the age of the property, but the maintenance was not up to par. Loose pavers in the pool areas, door latches broken, and the place flooded when it rained. Would not recommend."

"I really like the location of this hotel. A five minute drive to broadway at the beach and the boardwalk and so many other things. Check in and check out was a little hectic with a smaller lobby and driveway for loading and unloading, but once we were checked in the rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. Housekeeping services were great throughout the week. Nice pools, bars, and a DJ at the pool kept things fun. We had a great time. Thank you!"

"The property had very nice rooms. Full kitchen with utensils. The ocean view was phenomenal. The room door wouldn't lock. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I'm 6'1 215 lbs and woke up with back pain. The layout of the hotel is pretty bad. Check-in is in a separate building. Cafe is in another building. Parking is in another building across the street.
