"The room was nice and clean. There was a little couch - sitting area which was nice. We were there with kids, so it was nice to get to use the indoor pool on a chilly day. However, it would have been even nicer if the pool had been at least a little heated. The kids could only use it for about 45 minutes because the water was so cold. I wore my jacket in the pool area the entire time they were swimming. Staff was helpful when the remote wouldn't operate the TV. "

"The staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The common areas were nice and fresh. The room was clean and new. My only complaint was that we stayed there three days and NEVER received housekeeping or fresh towels. I didn’t seen anything in the room that indicated that if you wanted housekeeping, you had to request it. We back late each evening, so we just had to get towels from the front desk. The ice maker on our floor was not working. On day one, someone tracked in some red...

"Nice to stop at for the night! On our way to Texas and didn’t want to drive all night. The front desk woman who checked us in was so incredibly kind and friendly! The room was clean, big enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably. There was a torn up hand towel in the bathroom but not that big of a deal. Overall a great stop. Lots of food around but they do close the whole area around 10 PM so if you’re planning to eat late they had some snacks in the lobby! "
