"Very well located hotel on the edge of the city but near tram and metro lines. Despite advertising as 4 star and air conditioned we were told the individual rooms could not use a/c to cool them, only to heat! We couldn’t get our room below 20 degrees despite turning the a/c unit off, had to resort to opening the window (noisy) and had 3 uncomfortably hot nights of “sleep” as a result. This really spoilt what was otherwise a lovely hotel. I’d like to know why three corners advertise as air conditioned when this is clearly not the case and how they intend to manage this in an increasing climate, especially in Europe in the summer which gets hot! To give this context we visited in early March and were far too hot to get a comfortable sleep in our hotel. We raised this with staff at the time who said it only heats and doesn’t cool as this would mean changing every room! No further help was offered to make our stay comfortable. A real shame as otherwise a great hotel - just think carefully about staying unless you run on the cold side "

"Great place in a perfect location. Our room was nicely appointed and the price was good. It was close to a major Metro stop and was within walking distance to many sites. Some suggestions: a Nespresso machine in each room would be a nice alternative to the instant coffee provided, and the fitness room was dark and uninviting. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it would have benefited from more freshly-prepared foods (for example, an option for cooked-to-order eggs). But these are minor points for a property that overall is a good deal and a great location. "

"This is a lovely and impressive hotel. The roof top terrace has fantastic views and the rooms are spacious and clean. We had a double room but we only had one cup and the coffee machine didn’t work. I spoke to reception that was lovely and friendly who sorted this for us. The location is good too near to the bus routes, trams and there’s loads of taxis which are very cheap sometimes cheaper than the bus if there’s 4 of you. I would recommend this hotel and we would come back too. "
