Internet connection was not good at all.

Most friendly staff but one of them at the reception was not smile most of the time, she can’t even say hi to the customers.:(

Struggled checked-in with mosquitos

The reception can't speak English. I have paid for the hotel 100% already with the evidence, but they didn't allow me to lay down on my bed. Their computer has not received a confirmed email from the system. They said if a next day no email received, they will charge me one night. I had to call back to USA for checking on this, and asked to resend the auto-mail again. Total waiting time was 1 hr plus.

Good Budjet Serviced appartment for stay , staff was really helpful and nice, even they can't speak english well help lot .nearby is Burpha university and 15 min walking distance is Bang saen Beach or take tuk tuk for 10 Baht,enjoyed seafood nearby, good place to relex, weekends are crowded from local thai people.nearby night bars and lot of Sea food restaurents.

Is a service apartment,Air condition is small,15min from bang saen beach by walking or can take tuk tuk 10baht,Enjoyed lot of seafood,many restaurants Serve good cheap sea food compare to pattaya.beach is not clean and black sandy water,local Thai people come here always,near is Burpha university so lot students u can see at dinner time outside or in bars,any way silent place enjoyed

Hotel is fine monthly rate BHT7500 very cheap walking distance from large shopping center No local taxis but lots of motorbike taxi buses and vans Chon Buri to Airport BHT 1300 out of area fare The beach smells BAD the water is green and dead fish on beach Don't know why Not a lot of english spoken here the language APP gets a work out
