Perfect place to stay

Amazing stay nearby Jomtien Beach. Amazing staff, 5 min walk to the beach. Everyday cleaning of the rooms. Big rooms, nice beds and amazing view.

I will never recommend it to anyone 😡

It was terrible to stay here. No WiFi, no service up to standard, will never stay this hotel again. No hot water available in room for baby milk.

Tragic

Got a lower class room than we ordered and had to argue to get the room we paid for, Telefon in room did not work so we could not call reception, towels were dirty, one water for share in the room. No WiFi on the room only in lobby, dirty rooms and terrace, sticky floored, horrible breakfast - no cheese/ham aso. Top of the line was the staff with an attitude that was not very nice. When checking out they wanted to check room before we left and came running with two towels with a spot of face powder. They wanted us to pay extra for that. Amazing! Will never go back there. In the beginning of the four days we contacted the organizer but they did not do anything.

Var på gjennomreise og bodde 2 netter.Stort hot med gode rom. VI bodde på 1002 i 10 etg m stor balkong og flott utsikt. Det var perfekt beliggenhet da det lå opp ifra hovedgaten hadde støy hele døgnet. Rommet var stilfullt m tregulv,flotte fliser på bad og rent.Enkel frokost og stort badebasseng også vekk fra støy tross bilveg på baksiden. Et perfekt for de som vil ha utsikt. Supert å sitte på kvelden og nyte.Stort sett russiske/kinesiske gjester i store selskaper. Vi fikk iallefall god service fra resepsjon. Det var vår opplevelse..Vi kommer nok tilbake.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Panoramablick gebuch. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwartet man wifi und einen Safe auch im Zimmer. Der Reinigungsfrau, welche bei uns sauber machte, muste ich erstmal sagen, daß Sie bitte Schmutz vom Boden am Bett entfernen und den Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon ausleeren möchte. Meine Frau und auch ich werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen

Upersonlig hotell med masse bussankomster

Hotellet ligger greit til mellom Second Road og Jomtien Beach Road nær soi 13. Kort vei til stranden,7/11, barer, massasje, og veldig enkle spisesteder .Baht buss går hele tiden på Beach Road til Pattaya og mer sentrale steder i Jomtien. Hotellet har mer enn 350 rom og er en turistmaskin med bussankomster .Enkel frokost fra 6-10 hver dag.Det står at det er lounge og servering ved basseng, men det var ikke i bruk.Utendørs basseng med stoler uten puter .Wifi kun i resepsjonsområdet. Ingen hyggelige oppholdsområder. Ble stoppet på vei ut fra restaurant når jeg prøvde å ta med kaffe ut til stoler i resepsjonen.Rommene har kjøleskap, tv og en ubehagelig toseter benk/sofa.Mitt rom hadde ikke bord til PC/skrivebord.Balkong, men ingen møbler på balkong.Rommet egner seg kun for å sove.Billig sted å overnatte maks. 2 netter underveis til annet sted.

Old Hotel out of step with customer service

When I arrived at my room it hadn't been cleaned. It took 20 minutes to find a maid to clean it. All the lights are off in the restaurant but there are a few tables in the reception area where you can eat from a poor menu selection. No ice available with drinks. The cashier staff refused to change a 1,000 baht note for a taxi I needed

Ok hotel but very average

This hotel is 400m from the beach and has plenty of eating , massage , bars , ticket agents nearby also ATM and 7/11 close.Songtel can get you to Pattaya for 20 baht. The hotel mainly caters for Chinese buses , breakfast is very average , noise and pushy , not pleasent.I upgraded to a full sea view which was great.No kettle or coffee supplied in room; no wifi in any rooms ; no balcony furniture.If you can't find somewhere better your not looking hard enough.

호텔 위치와 규모 그리고 특히 전망은 엄청 좋았습니다. 특히 상층부의 발코니있는 방은 가격대비 그러한 방이 좀티엔 해변에 또 있을까 할 정도로 환상적이었습니다. 헌데 직원들의 서비스와 영어 응대 능력이 너무 떨어져서 힘들었어요 호텔 수영장은 나름 규모도있고 깨끗하였습니다. 하지만 객실내에서는 와이파이가 되지않는것 유의해야합니다! 로비만 가능해요

Very basic!

Although the rooms comfortable it was not an enjoyable stay. On arrival staff very short, little to no English and unhelpful. Although advertised as having Wifi it was only in the lobby, which meant you would have to sit with sometimes up to 50 other guests trying to use the service which was already slow! No kettles in room, well no facilities at all. The pool is ok but very small amount of loungers and in bad state. For such a large hotel with lots of potential they really need to up their game if they want to have return bookings as we would most definetly not rebook there!

The hotel is clean and the price level is right.

Deluxe Sea View - High Floor room has a wooden intercom door to the neighboring room, what is rented as a family room. Surprisingly, the door is not visible in the pictures. All the sounds are disturbing. Breakfast at the old school's Thai food.

Ok medium hotel

Somewhat dated hotel. Roms were ok in size and beds were normal qulity for Thailand a bit lumpy. God size pool but close to the road. It in the calm part of jomtien. Friendly staff and clean roms and common toiletts. 500bath/night for an extra bed, foldaway. Only wifi in the lobby and by The pool.
