We waited from 10 minutes after checking-in for room cleaning even though we arrived quite late (4pm.) But this is not kind of annoying.

The room is fine at this price. but the receptionist in yellow hair doesn't speak English at all. She is so unkind and very rude.. I will never stay again.

Don’t ever go there.

Worst place ever.. unfortunately I booked 3 days. I left after 1 day and wasted my money.. the receptionist was rude to go to the pool she needs to follow you cause it’s in another gated hotel. The room was dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom. Broken lightbulb so almost no light in bathroom , and not enough water pressure to take a shower.. don’t ever go there..

Good place to stay in Pattaya

This hotel is good. People are really nice and the breakfast is for everyone (europe and asian). You'll have a free taxi service to go to the beach (you'll have to come back by yourself). It is a bit far from the center and the beach but it is better like this. The place is quiet and the room is full equipped (even speaker for your music!). There is 3 buildings (A, B, C), i was on the C.

직원들의 안내는 매우 친절했고, 시설또한 매우 깨끗했습니다. 파타야 터미널에서 걸어올 수 있는 거리라는 점은 큰 장점입니다. 이름만 호텔인 숙소 느낌이 아니라 호텔로서 갖추어야 할 것은 어느정도 다 갖추었다고 생각합니다. 조식과 수영장을 이용해보고 싶었는데 일정이 빠듯해 이용해보지 못한 것이 아쉽습니다.

Todo muy bien .. Para mí, la cama era muy dura, y entre eso y el calor, me costó bastante dormir .. El buffet del desayuno tenía muy poco donde elegir, y en 8 días que estuve, siempre había lo mismo para desayunar .. De resto, personal muy amable y hotel bien atendido .. y de agradecer fue el transfer gratuito que el hotel pone al servicio de sus clientes

An error with check-in

My stay was good . Clean well maintained room . good service . There was confusion by hotel as to whether I had paid Hotels.com for the room. LD Pattaya had not received payment from Expedia just booking info,, but under a different confirmation number. ??

La struttura e lontana da tutto, per ogni spostamento è necessario un taxi. Il wi-fi non funziona bene e spesso si rimane senza collegamento. Colazione per orientali, non c'è pane, brioches e il burro e liquido fuso. Le camere spaziose ma poco insonorizzate su una strada con traffico.

Hotel The L D Pattaya is really wonderful, absolutely comfortable, professional staff, clean new rooms, clean bed linens but the wi fi was not good enough, but still would recommend this hotel for the tourists.
