It’s a small hotell, situated on a small and quiet road but only 2-3 minutes to tha more busy road along the beach. Friendly staff, very clean, breakfirst is okay. Pool and gym on the second floor is very minimal. I liked my stay there. Nice room, big soft bed.

The decor in this property is fantastic. Lots of good lighting, closet, balcony, nice bed linens. All Thai beds are a little hard for me so I expected that. The breakfast was really nice and there is a place to eat outside. So close to the beach and the walk is very easy. Good price for a lovely, comfortable little gem.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, feels quite new. The room has a nice bed and bathroom, there was a door between my room and the another room, so if means that I could hear them if they speak loud or hear loud music. Pool was nice, but very small. The fitness room is basically one bike and some weights. Breakfast ok, classic thai. I arrived 4 hours before checkin, and they let me wait for 3 hour, evendoug the room was ready. Wi-Fi good. Don’t choose the hotel because of the Sea View.

I’ve stayed here on many occasions and my last stay was just as good as the last, staff are great, the rooms are classy and always fresh, and love the boutique style, whenever I’m in south east Thailand that’s my go to place.

Other than the guy at the front desk, the rest of the staff do not speak English at all, probably that’s the reason they try to avoid you and they do not engage in any sort of interaction.

This property is down a side road and is surrounded by a lot of derelict buildings. Even the cabs have problems in finding the place! It says it has a gym , but i dont call a rusty exercise bike and a few dumbbells a gym! The pool is very small and not worth bothering with, it also advertised that i would be getting a city view. I dont call looking at a building next door. Any form of city view. There is no pigeon netting so you have a lot of poo on your balcony. You cant even have your clothes to dry on your balcony without getting bird poo on it. My room was small and you hear all the water running down to the drainage system very loudly. I belief that big organisations that advertise these accommodations should employ someone to give it an inspection. So you wouldn’t have these false advertising! I wanted a refund but wasn't allowed one so i booked into another hotel and left the accommodation with some of my stuff in it. But did not sleep there for 4 nights and i left the accommodation all together 2 days earlier than i was supposed too. So i took a big lost on this accommodation! There is no way that it is a 4 star accommodation as advertised!

Hors mis le look des chambre cet hôtel est nul ! D’abord situé dans une rue puante des rats des poubelles ,un bloc de we crade….de plus dans les chambres rien n’est adapter au rangement du linge pas d’étagères ni armoire ….juste une petite tringle avec 4 ceintres. Parlons petit déjeuner il n’y a rien ! Du pain bimbo 2 sorte de confitures 3 crudités et 2 sorte de fruit du thé et du café infâme.oui il y a une carte qui propose des sandwichs club poulet ou thon le tout avec des frites ou encore un spaghetti bolognaise ! Au p’tit déjeuner il faut aimer !!!Ont se croirait à l’armée il vous prennent 1000 bath de caution . Si vous perdre la carte d’entrée amande pareil si vous fumer le personnel hors mis une ou deux jeune fille le reste pas sympa bref je ne comprend pas comment cet hôtel est noter plus de 8/10 de plus la piscine très mal foutue 6 transats

A comfortable stay near the beach

A comfortable boutique hotel on a quiet lane not far from Jomtien Beach. The unique artistic designs in rooms, the halls, and the reception area are attractive, but some were not conducive to comfort. For example, the sliding door between the bedroom and toilet did not stay open: it always slid shut, which was annoying. Two of the light bulbs at the head of the bed protruded next to our heads as we sat to read. The hotel has a green policy regarding sheet changes, which we like, and the safe was large enough to accommodate our laptop and iPad. The air conditioning unit blew cold air directly onto the bed: there may be a way to redirect the current or slow the fan, but the remote did not have that function. The breakfast was very good with good choices. We also liked the organic juices offered. The location is a ways from the night market and restaurant area of Jomtien, but frequent "songtaows" costing 10 baht allowed us to travel quickly and cheaply, and the beach is not crowded here. It is also a short walk to the interesting fishing boat area. All in all, a nice stay.arking was in a lot across the street, lit at night.
Fishing boats come in just before dawn.
