プールまで徒歩ゼロ秒のプールサイドの部屋だった。非常に大きいプールは毎朝清掃されているし、中央棟のトッププールもきれい。部屋はオーナーがきれいにしているようで、虫もほとんど出なかった。タオルは少しボロいのと、部屋のシャワーはつくりが悪く、やや水浸しになりやすい。あとは部屋の目の前、中央棟が工事中でややビューが悪くなっている。自分はそれほど気にしないが、タイミングによってはプールエリアにも少し制限がかかる。ミニマートで水等を買うことができるし、カフェやレストランもあるが、物足りない。近くのコンビニ等までは1kmぐらいあるので、買い 込んで部屋にこもるといった策が吉。洗濯屋さんがある（60THB/kg）。またエクスペディアに掲載されている住所ではないので注意。Googleマップ等で調べること。ジョムティエンバスステーションからソンテウでは行けず、Bolt等を使うのがよい。手ごろな価格で南国気分を味わえた。しかし数日の短期滞在であれば、サービスや外出観点で、アクセスのよいビーチ沿いホテル等のほうがいいかもしれない。
