"Despite advertising a pool and hot tub and displaying both as their thumbnail for the listing, the hotel did not have a pool/hot tub as advertised. When questioned about it, the front desk attendant said that it was closed for renovations that “just started today”. There was no maintenance/construction crew present throughout the duration of my stay. Mind you I had called to confirm the hours the pool would be open the day before my check in date. An added bonus was that I had to go to the front desk every day (sometimes multiple times in a day) to get my key card reprogrammed even when I made sure that the key cards came into no contact with anything magnetic (cell phones, credit cards etc.) The facilities were well kept and clean is about the only positive experience about staying there. They did nothing about a few loud parties that went on throughout the week, and housekeeping never showed up at all, the A/c unit had to be kept at full power to chill the room even slightly in early spring weather. If you’re in a pinch and just need a place to lay your head for a night or two then by all means but if you’re looking for any kind of actual hospitality service then look elsewhere "

"The hotel staff was very kind and helpful to us. We had to stay because of an apartment issue that prevented us from going back home, and they were super nice about making sure we were set for our stay even when we were uncertain about how long it would have to be. Thank you!"

"Rooms were clean and functional. Reserved a 2 bed room and got 1 small bed. Not even a king size for for taking a bed away. This is the third IHG reservation where they did not honor the reservation and I got downsized for the same price. Looking else but facilities were ok at this hotel and staff was very nice."

"I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. The room was not clean when I arrived, which immediately set a bad tone for the stay. To make matters worse, there were no towels provided, so I had to go out of my way just to get basic necessities. Also the majority of the outlets did not work ! The biggest issue, however, was seeing roaches in the room. That is completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority for any hotel, and this place clearly fell short. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Definitely not worth the money or the stress."

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"Breakfast wasn’t good/ seems like everything comes from a microwave. Property is outdated. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Staff was amazing. Check in was simple. Everything was clean. Not a bad stay for the cost."
