Not even a 2-star hotel. They offered airport pickup, but after asking for flight details they left the chat without confirmation, leave me confusion at the airport. Rusted handles/knobs, door to connecting room left open, safe has Chinese-only instructions. Near popular places.

For the airport pickup is it advised to book well in advance as this was the super peak season with lots of guest enquires. We do have English instructions paper for operating safety box. We have 24 hours reception to help you with your requests. Our hotel is running full, so handles and knobs may show some wear due to usage and not because of Rust. we have Air-conditioned Rooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower/Bathtub, Rooftop Swimming Pool, Bar, Restaurant, Tour Desk and central location with everything at walking distance. Stay was 11 days, departing 23 Dec 2023. Super friendly and.very accommodating staff. Rooms are very clean and made up fresh every day. Avoid room facing street, building across is an open air boxing stadium with matches almost every night. Announcer's constant yelling into mic is so loud voice is distorted. Most rooms face back of builing (my room) and are super quiet. My roomm had an ensuite locked door that could be opened to adjoining room; good for groups but when closed provides little audio privacy. I would stay here again.

TV is not working , that ok, because of i dont understand thai language. Location is not bad, but 20 mins walk to at the beach, I prefer to stay at the top level of hotel the reason is , close to the swimming pool and nice view

Barely a two star hotel !!!!
This is more like a 2 star tops every second night there is boxing fights blaring that music they have not sound proofed the building it’s a nightmare! My balcony door does not lock, the safe in the roof was not bolted in THE BEDS MATTRESS is life thin- the staff were very nice the breakfast of decent value BUT THE HOTEL WAS VERY DEPRESSING and I regretted booking here immediately ! BEWARE

Do NOT recommend!
We booked a room with three twins and when we arrived there were only two. They would not fix the situation so I had to waste hours of my life on the phone with hotels.com to fix it. The breaker shorted out they moved us rooms and again had the same bed issue. The beds were so hard our bodies hurt in the morning. It’s right next door to the the boxing stadium so it’s extremely loud and almost impossible to sleep on fight nights.

L’isolation des chambres est très mauvaise on entend vraiment tout ce qu’il ce passe à l’extérieur de la chambre,il y’a le stade de boxe juste à côté,un bar en bas donc beaucoup de bruit. On a changé de chambre car une odeur de cannabis qui circulait dans tout l’étage.Le personnel est vraiment gentil c’est le seul point positif de cette hôtel et propreté aussi car le ménage est très bien fait.Je le déconseille au famille ou au couple car c’est beaucoup de jeune qui sont là pour la fête dans cette hôtel car c’est pas loin de la rue très animé de Phuket.

Dear GuestThank you for staying with us. As we are centrally located in the heart of Patong, it comes with some limitation. At times it noisy when boxing matches are played from 8pm-10pm on few days. Hotel is non smoking however guest are allowed to smoke in the balcony. We hope that Canabies get banned soon. Thank you again for staying with us.Best Wishes

Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe comme précisé
Déjà ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe. L'hôtel est bien situé.Attention 1000 bahts de caution en espèce qui n'est pas précisé dans les conditions. Pas de pancarte ne pas déranger,donc tout les jours on frappe à votre porte pour savoir si on doit faire le ménage ça peut être dérangeant quand on dort.La literie est pas top.Je devais avoir vu sur ville ,j'ai eu vie sur un poteau électrique qui faisait un boucan d'enfer. La chambre est spacieuse. Le personnel en général est sympa seulement lors de mon dernier jour ,pour le check out la personne à l'accueil était très désagréable.
