However it would have been better if I had my own transportation as using public transport restricted the outings I was able to do. The buses finished early which meant so did I. The host was alright as I only met Daniele. Every thing apart from the room was charged separately. The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion as you get whatever you get, no choice in the matter. Ancienne ferme magnifiquement restaurée, décoration typique et authentique. Le bruit des insectes, la nature tout autour. La propriétaire est vraiment arrangeante. On a eu de la chance d'y être seuls. Seul bémol , les lits sont un peu fermes et pas eu d'eau chaude, mais en été ça ne dérange pas du tout, ça fait partie de la campagne."

"The Hotel Staff, Property and Amenities are a true 5 Star Experience. Our room was magnificent. The over 15 foot vaulted ceilings and period furnishings in a fully renovated 15th Century Monastery made for an enchanting and romantic stay. The breakfast was à la carte and delicious. The fine dining experience was superb. The entire staff from the manager, Flavia to the front desk Eleanore, Mateo, Anna and the 2 Federico’s to the Restaurant staff, Alessandro and Orlando and the bartender staff Julio and Claudio were all excellent. And the other staff, unfortunately I cannot recall all of there names. They were all so gracious, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel."
