"Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. I suggest they need to upgrade their system of checking in and out for the convenience of guests."

"Rooms were clean and staff were amazing. Truly enjoyed the variety for breakfast everyday and how attentive the staff were. One thing that we had qualms about would be the long wait for elevators during peak hours but it was a great stay overall. "

"We always stay here as our base to go to Antipolo. It’s only an hour away from this hotel and via Grab to Antipolo it will be faster and convenient."
